DFW Airport Welcomes Shinsei Restaurant with Opening Celebration
New Pan-Asian restaurant adds to diversity of offerings at Terminal D
Dignitaries cut the ribbon at Shinsei, the new Pan-Asian restaurant at DFW Airport Terminal D

DFW Airport welcomed Shinsei to Terminal D with an opening celebration that included a performance by Japanese drummers, tastes of the restaurant’s cocktail and food offerings, and a ribbon cutting. 

The latest addition to DFW’s International Terminal D began serving customers in late July and operations are now in full swing. 

Shinsei is an acclaimed sushi bar and pan-Asian kitchen, which is well known for serving modern and innovative sushi, as well as hot dishes. Having celebrated more than a decade of success at the restaurant’s first location in Dallas, owners Tracy Rathbun and Lynae Fearing set their sights on reaching the more than 185,000 customers who travel through DFW Airport each day.
